What data can this site process, and why?

Scope

This notice covers visits to teftisgo.com and messages you initiate in your own email application by using an email link on the site. Processing within a Teftiş Go product account is outside this notice.

It is a plain-language counterpart to the Turkish notice prepared under Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. It does not extend the territorial scope of that law or constitute professional legal advice.

Technical access logs

Limited technical records may be created in the hosting layers when you request a page.

Data involved

IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or device user-agent, response status, and security or error records.

Purpose

To serve the site securely and reliably, prevent misuse, investigate technical errors and protect the service.

Legal basis and method

The data may be generated automatically in access logs. Processing relies on the controller’s legitimate interests without overriding the visitor’s fundamental rights and, where applicable, compliance with legal obligations.

Recipients and retention

Only technical personnel authorised to operate the service can access these records; they may be disclosed to competent public authorities when legally required. Records are kept only as long as needed for security and operations, subject to legal obligations, then deleted or overwritten.

Email initiated by the visitor

An email link on this site opens the email client on your device. You send the message through your own email provider, not through the site.

Data involved

Sender address, name or signature, message content, files you attach and technical delivery information.

Purpose

To answer product, pricing, security or privacy questions; evaluate a commercial conversation when requested; and manage the communication history.

Legal basis and method

The data is processed by partly automated means when you send the email. Depending on the request, the legal basis is taking steps before a contract, compliance with a legal obligation or the controller’s legitimate interests.

Recipients and retention

Only people authorised to answer the message and service providers needed to operate the email infrastructure may have access. Correspondence is retained only as long as needed for its purpose and applicable legal obligations, then deleted.

No forms, analytics or tracking

This version uses no contact form, browser analytics, advertising pixel, session recording, behavioural video, tracking cookie or client request to a product or sales API.

A small local script for the billing-period selector only reveals monthly and annual prices already present on the page. It does not send visitor data over the network.

Data subject rights and requests

Article 11 of Law No. 6698 gives you rights to learn whether your personal data is processed; request information; learn the purpose and whether data is used accordingly; learn the recipients; request correction and, where conditions apply, deletion or destruction; request notification of those operations to recipients; object to a result produced exclusively by automated analysis; and request compensation for unlawful processing.

You can start a privacy question or rights request at [email protected]. For a formal application by email, use an address you previously notified to the data controller and that is registered in its systems; clearly state your identity, relationship with Teftiş Go, request and reply address. Other application methods available under applicable rules remain available.

Changes to this notice

If a form, analytics tool, advertising technology or new data flow is added, this notice will be updated before that feature is used. The effective date appears at the top of the page.
