Assigned when planned, ad hoc when needed
A coordinator can assign five independent Audits to one Auditor on the same day—two restaurants, two markets and one café, each with the right Template. The Auditor can also choose a Location and Template to start an ad-hoc Audit.
- Each Location × Template row creates a separate Audit.
- A bulk assignment is validated as a whole; one invalid row prevents every record.
- Without an assignment, an online Location and Template choice can start an Audit immediately.
Correction happens outside; verification stays in the Audit record
Teftiş Go does not assign work to the inspected business. It keeps field observations of the same issue together in one Finding Chain.

The product boundary stays explicit
- The inspected business is not a Teftiş Go User and has no product access.
- Notices, penalties, permits and external communication are outside the product.
- Users, Locations and Audits are not subject to in-product capacity limits.
- An Organisation uses either Internal Audit or External Audit, never both.
