Keep field records moving when the connection drops.
An auditor can run a previously downloaded Operations Standard offline. Answers, Findings, Evidence and the completion request are sent in order when connectivity returns.
Offline work is safe because its boundaries are clear
The first sign-in and Audit download require a connection. A downloaded task can be carried out on the device; queued changes reach the server through retries and delta synchronisation.
- Question context
- Conditional Questions appear only for the relevant answer, and outstanding requirements are shown before completion.
- Field Evidence
- Photo, video, audio, signature, QR/barcode and location can be captured in the Question context.
- Explicit conflicts
- If the same Answer changes on two devices, both values are preserved and a user must choose; neither silently wins.
How are field records protected?
The app does not assume a permanent connection, and send order preserves the relationships between records.

Download the task
The assigned Audit, its fixed Template Version and required Location data reach the device while connected.

Capture in the field
Answers, Notes, Findings and Evidence enter a durable device queue. Photo and non-compliance Note rules are checked at completion.

Synchronise safely
Answers go first, linked Evidence uploads next and completion last. A network error does not delete queued records.
What does operations gain?
The auditor focuses on the work rather than the connection, while the central team never sees an incomplete or conflicted record as completed.

About offline work and Evidence
Can the app be set up and used entirely offline?
No. First sign-in and Audit download require connectivity. A previously downloaded Audit can be carried out offline and synchronised later.
Can every capture type be made mandatory?
Delivered requirement rules cover photo Evidence and a Note for a non-compliant answer. Other capture types are available but are not presented as universal mandatory rules.
What happens when two devices change the same Answer?
The server preserves both values and asks the user to resolve the conflict. The Audit cannot complete until that happens.
