About reporting and approval
Can a completed Audit Report change later?
No. The completion report is immutable. A later decision such as approval creates a new report revision instead of changing the old file.
Is the Dashboard an advanced analytics and export tool?
The delivered scope covers basic scores and counts, approval status, Location ranking, and date, Template and scope filters. It is not presented as advanced analytics or custom export.
Does rejecting an Audit reopen its Answers?
No. A reasoned rejection leaves the original outcome unchanged. A new linked follow-up Audit can be planned when required.
